This concept album’s songs are interconnected lyrically with recurring musical themes, reprises, and scripted transition scenes. The timeline for the album is not completely sequential from beginning to end; rather, the album begins with a song that is the end of the story, then flashes back to the beginning, progressing linearly through the timeline. The music is heavily influenced by 90s alternative rock as well as 70s and 80s rock.
